As CEO and Founder of Liftory, Matt has a demonstrated history of success in marketing and e-commerce. He is skilled in digital growth strategy, sales, and customer intelligence. One of these days, he’ll get back to writing and playing music. For now, he enjoys listening to it with his wife, daughter, and chocolate lab.
For the past 20 years, Brad has been working closely with leading B2B and B2C brands to help build strategic, integrated marketing programs designed to generate new customers, build customer engagement, and foster deep customer relationships. Companies that Brad has directly worked with include Aramark, Bank of America, CA Technologies, Cisco, Fidelity, HP, IBM, John Hancock, IBM, MassMutual, and UPS. When not behind the desk or solving client challenges, Brad can be found anywhere with good live music and cold drinks.
Leveraging his 25 years in agency operations and program management, Scott oversees our team and process to ensure every engagement is defined and delivered to meet and more often exceed our client’s expectations. His focus is on the process, the platform and most importantly the people that drive program success. When he’s not pacing the halls at Liftory, Scott’s pursuits include trail running and home renovation.
Jonathan is an award-winning cross platform designer with deep technical knowledge of e-commerce platform design and functionality. His user-centric approach to the creative process starts by gaining key insights from our clients about their customers use cases. Jon’s creative team has delivered smart solutions for brands such as American Cotton, Alias MX, Embrace the Race and Turtle Fur. In addition to his creative leadership role at Liftory, Jon donates his web design talents to area non-profits. He and his growing family live on the north shore and enjoy long walks on the beach, a home cooked meal and anything bull-dog related.
Meghan is responsible for all aspects of digital marketing for clients, but she has a particular soft spot for the fun, frenetic energy of startups. She received her bachelor of science in marketing from Plymouth State University. When she is not at work you can find her at Bruins, Celtics, or Red Sox game with friends!
Caroline is the dedicated account manger and point of contact for clients who are looking to build their brand through stronger customer relationships. She is a graduate of St. Lawrence University and holds her Masters of Science from University College London. When she’s not at work, you can find her working on adding a new stamp to her passport.
Mr. Lopardo has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of NAL Group (Susquehanna Capital Management Group), an investment holding company, since January 2002. Mr. Lopardo retired in December 2001 as Vice Chairman of State Street Bank and Trust Company and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of State Street Global Advisors, the bank’s investment management group.
Mr. Lopardo has spent almost four decades working in positions of executive leadership within the financial services industry. His demonstrated acumen for business leadership on an international scale enables him to provide expert oversight of our senior management.
Mr. Lopardo serves as a director of several privately held companies and is Chairman Emeritus of the board and a lifetime trustee of the Landmark School, a premier secondary school for students with language-based learning disabilities. He is a current USA Hockey Foundation Board member. Mr. Lopardo received a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and management from Susquehanna University.
As President of Liftory’s parent company Fusion, a global leader in brand engagement and promotional merchandising, AJ supports our management team with sales, marketing and product development strategies across industries. As a trusted leader and advisor, AJ’s vision has propelled Liftory’s significant growth since our founding in 2014. A proud father of five, AJ supports educational organizations benefiting the youth on the Boston’s North Shore. He is an avid golfer and traveler.
As COO of our parent company, Fusion, LLC Lisa provides the Liftory executive leadership team with long-term strategic planning guidance. Leveraging her 20 year career in accounting and fiscal operations, Lisa advises and drives budgeting, planning and forecasting processes at Liftory.
Under her strategic leadership, Liftory has efficiently met the challenges of significant year over year growth.
As a trusted advisor and go-to executive for NAL executive leadership, Peter is a hands-on and instrumental leader in investing, financial and operating matters. He oversees operations of direct investments in NAL Group’s start-up and small to middle market operating businesses, managing finance, accounting, legal, tax, insurance, real estate and general administration.
Rob is one of the rare colleagues who can equally and expertly tap both sides of his brain, while testing yours. He leads are development efforts as an advanced developer across multiple languages and platforms. Rob also provides user experience and creative input to our design team, ensuring our visual solutions are efficiently designed and implemented. One of the many dog lovers in the office, his Golden Retriever Buttercup has become the honorary Director of Good Vibes in the office.
